Nissei ASB to Showcase New Technologies in Sustainable Bottle Production at K2025

Nissei ASB Machine Co., Ltd., which operates in plastic blowing technologies, will present four new machine models at the K2025 fair to be held in Düsseldorf from October 8 to 15, 2025.

The company focuses on energy efficiency, reducing carbon footprint, and using recycled raw materials at its stand, themed "Sustainable Solutions from Resin to Bottle". Among the machines to be introduced, several will make their debut at this fair for the first time worldwide.

The PF36/36-600 model can produce 18,000 units of 500 ml water bottles per hour while maintaining high quality with 100% recycled PET. The PM-90/111N, with its compact design, offers low investment costs and energy savings for small and medium-sized producers. The reimagined version of the legendary model, ASB-70DPH/50E, provides up to 25% energy savings thanks to its hybrid electric system and increases capacity in HDPE bottles. Another model making its global launch is the HSB12-4N/111N, a 1.5 Stage Double Blowing Tempering heat-resistant molding machine, allowing the single-stage production of refillable and recyclable gas beverage bottles. Bottles produced with this model can be refilled at least 25 times and stand out by being 90% lighter than glass.

At the fair, visitors will also be presented with innovative solutions such as "Zero Cooling" technology, self-handled bottles, lightweight water bottles, specially designed HDPE, and cosmetic packaging. The performance brought by auxiliary equipment that operates in integration with the machines will also be demonstrated live at the Nissei ASB stand.

Nissei ASB will welcome its visitors in Düsseldorf at Hall 14, Stand B38 during K2025.
