The President of the Plastic Industry Federation (PLASFED), Ömer Karadeniz, stated that Turkish manufacturers are finding it difficult to obtain sufficient support to access financing. He said, “Unfortunately, Turkish manufacturers facing capital shortages have been forced to reduce production. Our industry, particularly the plastics sector, which is dependent on foreign raw materials and wants to maintain production and employment, is seeking support in accessing financing.”
